Billing FAQ
How does billing work? Deployify uses Shopify App Pricing — charges appear on your Shopify invoice, billed monthly on a 30-day cycle.
How do I upgrade? In the app, go to Plan & Billing → click “Upgrade” → you’ll be redirected to Shopify’s plan selection page.
Can I downgrade? Yes — remove excess repositories, workflows, and stores first to get within the lower plan’s limits, then change in Plan & Billing.
What happens if I exceed limits?
- Saving new workflows is blocked with an upgrade prompt
- Adding stores is disabled
- Existing auto-deploys continue working
How do I cancel? Uninstall the app from Shopify Admin → Apps. Billing stops immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days.
Refund policy Refund requests within 7 days of charge, at our discretion. Contact support with your store domain and reason.
